Payment in parking bays with conditionsīlue Badge holders can park for an extra hour, for free, at payment parking bays after the expiry of purchased time. Around St Bartholomew's Hospital the bays can be used for six hours on weekdays, please check the bay time plate for information. ![]() These can be used for four hours on weekdays. Over 200 bays are available free of charge provided the badge and clock are displayed. Wherever your vehicle is parked you must display the clock and the Blue Badge so that the serial number, expiry date and the issuing authority are clearly displayed. The Blue Badge scheme does not fully apply in the City of London but we do provide allocated parking in the Square Mile for people with disabilities and the City of London Corporation runs its own Red Badge parking concession scheme, valid only in the City of London, for people with disabilities who are permanent workers in the City or City residents. ![]()
